Bradley is a hybrid trainer who has been a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologist (BCAK) and Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA) for numerous years. He has worked with a diverse range of clients through personal training and active rehabilitation with experience handling ICBC cases.
Over the years, Bradley enjoyed expanding his knowledge by constantly learning new treatment methods and techniques to further benefit his clients. He personalizes every program accordingly to his clients’ injuries, needs and goals.

Kieri holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. With a background as an athlete, she brings a genuine passion for strength and conditioning, performance, and long-term health.
Her approach to physiotherapy emphasizes education, hands-on treatment, and purposeful strength and mobility work. Kieri is committed to helping clients move with confidence, feel stronger in their bodies, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She values thoughtful, progressive care and focuses on creating sustainable results that support long-term well-being. Kieri has advanced training in clinical Pilates, contemporary medical acupuncture, dry needling, and neurokinetic therapy, allowing her to tailor each treatment to the individual. She also has specialized training in pelvic health and is passionate about supporting women’s health. Her certifications include pregnancy care, labour and delivery, pelvic pain, and urinary incontinence. Outside the clinic, Kieri is a certified Lagree instructor, teaching movement-focused classes that build core strength, stability, and functional fitness. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating pelvic health concerns, or simply looking to get stronger and move better, Kieri offers thoughtful, supportive care to help you reach your goals.

Justin has practiced as a Kinesiologist for three years since earning his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. Currently a student of osteopathy at the Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy, Justin has seamlessly integrated his new learnings into his active Kinesiology practice.
His approach to treatment focuses on discovering the missing links in the body's holistic function. Justin strives not only to help individuals move and feel better, but also to ensure clients understand the "why" behind their treatment, making patient education a core pillar of his work. With a long personal history in sports, Justin enjoys working with individuals who want to prime their bodies for optimal functionality. Whether working with an in-season athlete, a weekend warrior looking to level up, or someone simply wanting to move pain-free through daily life, Justin looks forward to helping his clients reach their goals.

Erin is a certified Pilates Process instructor specializing in Mat, Reformer and Cadillac (Levels 1/2), as well as therapeutic Pilates. With a foundation as a dancer and teacher, Erin brings artistry, precision, and an understanding of movement to every class. She is passionate about helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence through mindful practice. Outside of the studio Erin finds joy in being a parent to her amazing teenage daughter, running, singing and performing in musical theatre.

Ally is a registered kinesiologist and Pilates instructor currently completing her classical Pilates certification, teaching across Reformer, Mat, Chair and Cadillac. With a background in dance and a degree in kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, she brings a deep understanding of movement, alignment, and body mechanics to her practice.
As a breathwork practitioner, Ally incorporates breath and somatic awareness into her teaching to support deeper connection, ease, and efficiency in movement. Ally brings an intuitive and tailored approach, designing sessions that feel both supportive and engaging, and that evolve alongside each client’s goals and progress.

Sara is a certified Stott Pilates instructor trained in all apparatus’s (mat, reformer, chair, cadillac and barrels). She has a passion for teaching Pilates and helping clients reach their fullest movement potential. Sara has developed an interest (and has completed further training) in athletic conditioning, golf/rotational sports conditioning, scoliosis and pre/post natal support. She believes that Pilates is life training and is an incredible movement modality to help everyone from a first time mover to the elite athlete. Sara’s teaching style is dynamic, supportive and motivating. She believes that the power of movement goes far beyond the physical outcomes. Her goal is to have you moving with more freedom, less pain while building strength and resilience.
